Jet Ski

While we were in Arkansas at our family reunion we all went to the lake one afternoon. My cousin has a couple of jet skis and we got to take a ride on it. It was the first time I had ever ridden one. It was great! I could have done that all day long. I sure hope I get a chance to do that again someday.

Arkansas

At the end of July I went with my family to Arkansas. We met other family members at Spider Creek by Eureka Springs, Arkansas and we all stayed in cabins. We had a family reunion and had so much fun. We all went canoeing on Sunday morning and the river was covered in fog. It was fun but I don't think I would do it again. I was pretty sore the next day.

Vacation Time

School is out at last and vacation time is here. I am so glad to put studies aside and have some fun for a change. My brother and I are Paranormal Investigators. We find haunted places in our State to investigate. We have others who have joined us in this indeavor. We have also put videos on YouTube in regard to our investigations. It is something you can do anytime and now we will have more time to do this since it is summer and school is out till Fall.

Vacation

I miss being on vacation. We had such a great time. We love South Dakota and all there is to look at. The scenery is amazing and when we went we had great weather. The last day we were there we went to Bear Country. That was a lot of fun. They had so many young cubs there. They were rolling around and playing like kids do. Then one day we went to where there were hundreds of buffalo. These things were huge and we had one or two walk closely by our car. That was an amazing site.

Parent's Vacation

My parents recently went on vacation to Florida. My brother and I were so surprised when they called us as they were traveling down the road and told us they were on their way there. Of course, I was disappointed that we couldn't be with them but understood that with my job and school that wouldn't be possible. We always joke about them bringing us home a trip present and they did. They brought us each a Biketoberfest t-shirt. Daytona Beach was having their annual biketoberfest. It is very cool.

Back to the Old Grind

It was tough getting back into a regular schedule after being gone on vacation for almost two weeks. I had a couple of days off when I got home but then it hit, I had to work so many days this week. I guess I had that coming since I was gone so long. I was sure glad to see the weekend get here.

St. Augustine Lighthouse

When we were in Florida a couple of weeks ago we got to go to the St. Augustine Lighthouse. What a cool place this was. We first saw this lighthouse on a ghost hunting show. These ghost hunters went and spent a night there and experienced some pretty scary stuff. It is known to be very haunted. We had a great time there.

Family Vacation

I love spending time with my family. Some of the most memorable times have been when we have taken a family vacation together. We have so much fun and I would love to take another with them I hope soon. One place I find intriguing is in Mexico. We could stay at one of the Karisma hotels that are located along the beautiful white sandy beaches. These hotels are all inclusive which means every thing is included in one price. You receive gourmet food prepared by chefs, private beaches, hot tubs and hammocks just to name a few. I can picture us all being there and having a great time.

Family All Inclusive Vacations

Taking one of the family all inclusive vacations that they offer at the Karisma hotels in Riviera Maya, Mexico would be amazing. First of all, I would love to spend time with my family in a place like this and secondly, what I have heard about all inclusive resorts is that it is pretty fantastic. My parents stayed in Mexico at an all inclusive resort and said everything there was beautiful, the food was delicious and there was a lot to offer. I'm hoping that one day we will all be able to take a vacation together such as this. It would be a dream come true.

Riviera Maya Honeymoon

When my parents celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary they decided they wanted to take a special trip somewhere and that is just what they did. They took a trip down to the Riviera Maya in Mexico. They said it was so lovely there and the beaches and water was stunning. They mentioned that this would make a great riviera maya honeymoon for any couple planning a marriage together. I think it would be fun someday when I find the girl of my dreams to marry and to take a honeymoon there where there is so much to offer in the romance department. They have all inclusive hotels and resorts with many great amenities. It would be perfect.

Disney Tickets

It has been so long since I have been to Disney World. I think about it quite often and dream about being able to go back again sometime soon. It would be so much fun to go down there around Thanksgiving or Christmas. What a great way to spend the holidays. Often you see that they have special things going on at those times of the year. I would love to purchase Disney Tickets to be able to see the Christmas parade. That would be the best Christmas present ever. I hope someday I will be able to or even when I have a family of my own to spend Christmas that way.

Family Vacation

I love going on a family vacation and what better vacation then one that is all inclusive and is relaxing. My parents were blessed enough to go to the Riviera Maya. They loved it there and I know I would too. Especially staying at one of the Karisma Hotels. They offer so many great amenities. The food is gourmet and they have beautiful beaches to relax on. Many of nice things they have to offer are hot tubs and hammocks, swim-up rooms with ocean views, white gauze curtains floating over four poster beds. Wow, if that doesn't sound inviting. All of these fine things are included into one price. I think this would be the ideal family vacation spot.

Last Day in Memphis

Well I think we are heading out of Memphis tomorrow. We will travel to Little Rock. I imagine we will spend a night there and then the next day we are going to get together with my cousin who lives there. We will probably go out to eat and then start heading north towards home.

Pyramid

Downtown Memphis has a huge pyramid in it. It use to hold large events such as wrestling events or concerts. It is now abandoned and we went and checked it out. It was cool. The last concert posted there was Bob Seger and the cost of a ticket was $65. We took several pictures. We would have loved to gone inside and explored it.

Beale Street

Beale Street is located in downtown Memphis and we are planning to go there tomorrow and check it out. I hear there are many shops and things to do. We drove through downtown yesterday and it was pretty cool. We are looking forward to seeing everything and taking lots of pictures.

Vacation

My brother and I are on vacation with my parents. We are in Memphis, Tennessee. We went to Graceland today and it was so worth it. We have had such a good time so far. We are looking forward to seeing downtown Memphis tomorrow and going to Beale Street. There is lots to see and do down there.

Family All Inclusive Vacations

My brother and I love to take vacations with our mom and dad. We have had a lot of fun vacations with our parents throughout our lifetime. One time they took a trip to Mexico and stayed at an all inclusive resort. They said it was so amazing. I think it would be fun to take one of those family all inclusive vacations such as the Karisma Hotels. Karisma Hotels are a collection of divinely favored properties on secluded white-sand beaches on the Mexican Riviera Maya. There is just so much they offer at these hotels. It is a real vacation, that's for sure. These hotels are wonderful for families, honeymooners, people who are celebrating an anniversary or just anyone.

Memphis

Our parents called us the other day and asked if we would be interested in going to Memphis, Tennessee in June. Of course, my brother and I were excited about that. We are going to take a road trip down there and go to Graceland. It will be fun to do something we have never done before. Not too sure what else we will do and that's okay, it should be a blast.

It's just 12 months!

Do you do things in the same order every year? Such as taking a vacation, do you always do that in the summer or do you stir it up and take one during another season?
How do you think the economy will affect families taking vacation? I hope that people can still take time to get away for a little while.

Cancun Hotels

A couple of years ago my parents had celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and to make it special they took a trip to Mexico. One place they had visited was Cancun and they had such a great time. They mentioned how beautiful the cancun hotels were and that they had so much to offer. If I ever get a chance to take a trip there I plan to check out the Karisma Hotels. These hotels are all inclusive and offer that wow factor. They are a divinely favored collection of Gourmet Inclusive resorts strung along the white sand beaches of Riviera Maya. There service and food sounds magnificent. It is the perfect place to spend a honeymoon or celebrate an anniversary. It is some place I will definitely keep in mind.
