Work

Wow! I have been working a lot lately. It will be good on the paycheck though and I need the money. I have a lot of things I would like to do this summer and it all costs money so I hope my hours stay up like they have been. It's nice to be able to do the things I want to do. I feel blessed.

Friday Night

Here it is Friday night and I have nothing going on. I am a 23 year old single guy and I'm sitting home alone. My brother went to the comedy club but I didn't go with him because I didn't want to pay the $15. Normally I would like to be home alone but tonight it was pretty boring.

Guinea Pigs

About a month ago I went to work and a friend of mine told me that they knew someone who was giving a couple of guinea pigs away. I got excited and told him that I wanted them. So we got them and we named them Horse and Buffalo. They are so cute and they make a squeaking kind of sound. It's fun to have pets again and they are easy to take care of.

Hot and Now Storms

The last couple of days it has been very hot and humid. It has hit the triple digits for heat. Then starting last night we could feel the air start to cool down. Over night the southern part of our state got lots of storms and today it can barely make it out of the 60s. What a difference from one day to the next. We are also have some thunderstorms today. I'm glad they are not severe.

Vacation Time

School is out at last and vacation time is here. I am so glad to put studies aside and have some fun for a change. My brother and I are Paranormal Investigators. It is something you can do anytime and now we will have more time to do this since it is summer and school is out till Fall.

Summer is Almost Here

May was the coldest wet month that I can ever remember. There is so much bad flooding all over the midwest. There have been so many tornados almost everywhere. Some of them have been in places where they never had them before. There is so much damage all over the USA from floods, fires and tornados and high winds too. I sure hope June is a better month for everyone and the weather warms up.
