Breakout Kings

There is a great new show on A&E channel and it's on every Sunday night. It is about criminals that escape from prison and these two police officer types and three inmates go after the criminal that escaped. The characters are so good and it keeps you interested all the way through the show. It's worth checking out.

Robins

A great sign of spring are all the robins that come around. It is kind of funny how excited some people get when they finally see their first Robin in the spring time. I guess we are all just so tired of winter that the sight of a Robin means that winter is just about over. As I look out our window I see several robins in the yard and that makes me smile.

Gas Prices

It won't be long and we will heading out to South Dakota. My brother, a friend and I love to go by Mount Rushmore and do a lot of hiking. The only negative about going on this road trip is the fact that gas prices keep rising. I live in the midwest and they are saying we could see $4 a gallon by Memorial weekend. It's getting pretty close to that right now. It takes away the enjoyment of doing any kind of traveling.

Easter

Easter is this Sunday and I love everything about it. Many churches have sunrise services, the service is all about how much God loves us and sent his son to die for our sins. But then he is not dead, he is risen and that's why we celebrate Easter.
