Topamax Lawsuit

It can be very exciting for couples who are expecting a baby. The day the infant is born is one of the best days on earth. But it can be a very sad day too when the child is born with a birth defect. Sometimes they can't figure out what caused the defect but there are times when they can link the defect to taking a medication or something else. That is what has been said about woman who take Topamax while they are pregnant. They are thinking this prescription medication is the cause of a cleft lip or cleft palate in many newborns. If you have suffered in this way you may want to consider talking about a Topamax lawsuit with O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath – Personal Injury Lawyers – 808 West Avenue, Austin, TX. 78701 – 512-494-9949. They have a highly trained staff that can assist you in getting compensation you most likely deserve.

This is a great article about the risks of Topamax. If a pregnant woman, or woman who may become pregnant takes this medication, it greatly increases the chance that the baby will suffer from the birth defects cleft lip and cleft palate. The FDA has advised that women who are or may become pregnant not take Topamax for the safety of their child. Just something to be aware of – this can lead to tragic health risks if an unexpected pregnancy occurs. Regards, TM http://topamaxbirthdefecthelp.com/
