Pirates of the Caribbean Movie

The latest Pirates of the Caribbean movie is out in theaters. My brother and a couple of our friends are going with me to see it tomorrow night. It should be another great movie. We have seen all of them so far. Johnny Depp is such a good actor in these movies. He is so good.

Blu ray

On Black Friday I picked up a special edition of the Wizard of Oz in blu ray. My parents recently bought a blu ray player and we hooked it up when we were home for Christmas. This movie looks so amazing on the blu ray. The colors in it were so bright and vibrant. It was fun to see.

Saturday Night

Tonight my brother and I are going out to celebrate his birthday with three of our cousins, and a couple of friends. We are going to eat Chinese and then head to the late movie. It has been a few weeks since we've been home and have gotten to hang out with these guys so it should be a pretty good time.

Elvis

Elvis Presley was an amazing entertainer. He was also a very giving man. He was known to give gifts to friends and help out people in need.
He was so talented with his voice and he made many movies. He even made a cool western called Charro. He made a good tough cowboy.

Job Interview

I'm going in for a job interview on Thursday afternoon. I have been unemployed for a few months now and really want to have a job. I miss getting a paycheck. It makes it tough when I want to go shopping or doing something like go to a movie and I don't have any money. So wish me well on my interview. =)

Open Range

I have been thinking of some really great westerns and one I can think of is Open Range. Kevin Costner was so good in that movie along with Robert Duvall. I wish they would make more good westerns like this movie is.

Scarface

I am going to mention some of the best things about Scarface. Tony Montana is the man. He came from nothing and became something. He chased his dreams but these dreams led him straight to his death. Come to think of it, that's the only favorite thing that needs to be mentioned at this time. Scarface is the man. Plain and simple.

Appaloosa

On Saturday my parents were here visiting and took my brother and I to the movie Appaloosa. I have to say that I loved it. I know when I am sitting in a theater and am so into the movie that I forget that I am in the theater that the movie has to be pretty good. The characters were great and so was the story line. Not everyone in my family agreed with me but I know when it comes out on dvd I will be buying it.

Appaloosa

There is a sweet western movie out in theaters right now called Appaloosa. It is rate R for language and violence but looks pretty amazing. Ed Harris stars in this movie and I think he will make a great cowboy. This movie is about two friends hired to police a small town that is suffering under the rule of a rancher and find their job complicated by the arrival of a young widow. My parents are coming to visit this weekend and we plan to go see this movie. My dad is a huge western movie fan.
