Follow your heart and your ears. Take a little time to listen to both and hear/feel them at the deepest level. That being said, be aware that the so called "crystal" bowls (made of silicone) can be easily broken, like if you or someone else accidentally bumps into it with anything but the soft leather covered mallet that usually comes with it.
